and the associated feelings and emotions of

Feeling Better About Ourselves
believes that all of these factors and symptoms
have the same sources.

Self-Worth

Positive Thinking

    Being on a Spiritual  Path

We approach coping with these issues and problems in a group setting, from a unique perspective.  Using a toolbox of learned skills, we help each other learn how to cope, how to survive,
how to forgive ourselves and others; and most importantly, how to

Love ourselves so we can love others.

We are not a 12-step program or affiliated with AA
or any like program; however, our program works well with these and other programs you may be involved with.

We focus on coping skills to keep life's daily challenges from overwhelming and aggravating us, as well as the many other facets that become magnified or threaten to take over our life when we're trying to survive and function.
