In our meetings, we use a
specially designed, dynamic "toolbox" to help us sort through
the problems we're facing and to learn to cope more effectively with our
challenges, pain, fears, and even our triumphs.
Some of these tools deal with emotions and feelings; some of them are
little "sayings" that help instantly put you back into
perspective with the big picture of your life.
An example would be realizing the unique
gifts that each of us have; keeping your focus on being hopeful;
and keeping
your central purpose in life at the forefront as a way of keeping
your balance in life.
